I'm gonna bitch. Okay. If you don't like it, then go away. I'm really sick of all the flakes, losers, and time-wasters. If you're not serious about buying a house, then don't waste my time!! If you are afraid someone's going to say "no," then don't get the seller's hopes up especially after they try to help you out! If fear is preventing you from getting that loan, then go back to your apartment and fuckin stay there for all I care. But TELL ME!! Don't bitch about the carpet, that can be changed! It's maddening when someone makes such a rediculous offer that to counter would be an exercise in futility. On an UNSIGNED offer form, no less!

I am not trying to sell this place for my health, either! This is really NO FUN! Too much stress. Now we are facing the real possibility of losing the house we want because NOBODY'S SERIOUS! We've priced competitively yet few actual lookers. Most flake out and don't even show or call. Real Estate is cutthroat, don't let anyone tell you differently. If I NEVER have to go through this shit again, it will be too goddam soon!
