Decision Time Draws Near
One week from Monday will be April 10, the end of our extended Contingency on the new house. So far, no legitimate offers, no traffic since Saturday and no calls, either. It nearly came down to firing our agent, but instead we decided to lower the price once more. Now we have priced below market, at $299,000.
So, in about a week, we will have to decide to ask for another extension, which will take us to the end of the month. Whether they allow it or not remains to be seen. We'vehad too much stress and hassle for this NOT to work. I will not accept failure! This HAS to work out right.
All goes as planned, Josh and I will be able to pick up our model railroading hobby that we miss so much. Although, we do not miss the fact the layout took up a lot of space, in the new house, it will not.
Continued positive thoughts and prayers our way are appreciated.
Anyone (qualified) want to buy a house? *chuckle*
